OUR STORY
At the very entrance to Dubrovnik’s Old Town, where the rhythm of the city begins and stone streets lead into centuries of history, Heritage Hotel Lucia stands as a quiet threshold between past and present.
Originally built as an administrative archive in 1980, the building has been carefully transformed into an intimate heritage hotel. Its architectural proportions and natural light have been preserved, while the interiors introduce contemporary comfort, refined materials and a calm, welcoming atmosphere.
Step outside and the city unfolds before you. Step back inside and the atmosphere softens -elegant, relaxed and personal.
A Study in Light and Proportion
The design philosophy of Lucia is rooted in clarity. Nothing is excessive; everything is intentional.
Throughout the hotel, natural light highlights restored architectural lines while balanced proportions and warm materials shape the atmosphere of the interiors.
From the reception space to the rooms and terraces, the aesthetic remains calm, refined and timeless – a contemporary expression of heritage hospitality at the entrance to Dubrovnik’s Old City.
